SD Planner lets the journalist organice his work team to get to the news or to an event without any problem and on time. The software simplifies the organization, as it has tool for asignment, notification and tracking of the different roles, as transportation to the spot and photographers that are required to face the job of news making.


It works as a website where the user creates and modifies the particular news coverage team. The event's day and hour is specified. An brief description of what is needed of that team is presented in the Task's profile. The need for transportation and photographers and how many pictures has to be taken is also specified.

Email notifications. The transport and photographers which are asigned to a specific team, will recive an email letting them know about the event, date, hour and work details.
