SD Originales

Client/media Relation. The newspaper's client has control over his add and knows how it will look when published. In this way, the errors and misunderstandings between the client and the media are lowered.

Control and regulations. SD Originales is in charge of controling the process, avoiding possible format mistakes that the client could overlook

Upload the original. The clients upload the originals (arts) for the spaces they've hired.

Control and development. The client (responsible for the add) is the one who oversees the original, who approves it and points to which area it belongs and when it will be published.

ViewFiles to check the original. The originals are RIPed in the newspaper (preflight) and a high quality ViewFile that represents exactly how the add will look when published is created. The client, having this viewfiles can decide can decide whether to approve or not and place them in a publication date.

SD Originals manages different originals each day for an order, with multiple dates. When it assigns the originals to the orders it controls and approves only the ones that correspond in size and color.
